1. Entry & Tickets Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket / booking confirmation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the show is cancelled by the organizer. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry for late arrivals or misconduct, without refund. Children below 5 years do not require a ticket; however, a separate seat will not be provided and they must be seated with their parent or guardian. Children below 5 years must remain under adult supervision at all times. 2. Seating Arrangement Seating is first-come, first-served unless otherwise specified. Seating we only have portable backrests. Guests are advised to carry personal comfort items (light blankets, cushions) if needed. Changing seats during the screening is discouraged to avoid disturbance. 3. Weather Conditions As this is an outdoor screening, weather conditions (rain, wind, dust, temperature) are beyond our control. Screenings may be paused, delayed, or cancelled due to adverse weather or technical issues. In case of cancellation due to weather: A reschedule or credit may be offered at the organizer’s discretion. No refunds for partial screenings. 4. Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are restricted. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase inside the venue. Alcohol, smoking, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 5. Safety & Conduct Maintain discipline, silence, and respect during the screening. Any form of harassment, violence, or nuisance will result in immediate removal. The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Entry may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated or unsafe. 6. Photography & Recording Video recording or piracy of the movie is strictly prohibited. Photography may be allowed for personal use before or after the screening. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. 7. Technical Issues Temporary issues related to sound, projection, or power may occur. No refunds will be issued for minor technical interruptions. 8. Health Disclaimer Guests attend at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for injuries caused by uneven surfaces, weather, or crowd movement. Please inform staff immediately in case of emergency. 9. Organizer Rights The organizer reserves the right to: Change screening time, movie, or venue if required. Amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Take necessary action to ensure safety and smooth operation. 10. Legal All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction. These terms are governed under Indian laws.
